How real time tracking works
The GPS tracking device is installed in to the vehicle. Once activated it references its location from satellites above, it then sends this information to the tracking & tracing server via the mobile network using a GPRS connection.
The tracking & tracing server then stores the vehicles location and time it was at that location. This information can be retrieved for up to 30 days from the time the location data was received. It can be stored locally also indefinitely.
You can also retrieve the data in real time by login in to the tracking & tracing website and using your username and password.
